Hiya...... Thankyou so much for coming to look at my lovely new website, I thought I would tell you all a wee bit about how it all began.

When my son was born he was an extremely dribbly teether and would constantly be covered in drool and as he was my first baby of course I wanted to dress him in the loveliest little outfits but I also wanted his little bibs to match however I really struggled trying to find patterned bibs to match his outfits.......... So I thought Hey! I could make these myself you know, but unfortunately post natal depression kicked in and I never got round to it.  Whilst my son continued to go through the teething stage I often got frustrated at the lack of choice and wondered what I could do...... it became a distant thought as I battled post natal depression and tried to be the best mum I could.

THEN 7 years later I had my daughter and tried to combat the post natal depression before it took a hold of me as I could feel the anxiety and low thoughts creeping in throughout the pregnancy.  So I decided to attend a local knitting group where I made some of the most amazing friends a girl could have (you know who are) and it is where my crafting all began, I found when knitting that it really was an amazing tonic and therapy for me and spurned me on once my daughter was born to start sewing dribble bibs in prints and patterns that I love and it has all stemmed from there

The name OLICO is derived from my childrens names Conall and Olivia and Ifeel that it is all down to them how my little venture started

I started off making bibs for Olivia going onto bunting, taggies, rabbit ear teethers and other items.  I have tried and tested many different products including jewellery and pet related items and as I have been doing it over the last 10 years I have discovered what sells well and what there is demand for.

​

I thoroughly enjoy my crafting and I will continue to do so for a long time yet, as it is my therapy and I LOVE it!  I am also very blessed to have the most amazing customers too and have met some lovely people along the way AND cant wait to meet more of you!
